The beautiful Luxury Memory Pocket 1500 mattress features a 1500 count unit of supportive and responsive pocket springs plus a 5cm layer of memory foam for comforting and cradling pressure relief. Foam encapsulation gives you edge to edge sleep area. The top half of the luxurious Merino Wool cover can zip off and is machine washable up to 40c to keep it fresh and clean. Medium soft feel.

Please bear in mind that your item will be delivered to the first accessible door which, in the case of blocks of flats, may not be the door to your property, but main lobby door.  Specific time slots and telephone calls can be requested but cannot be promised.

Delivery Charges



We offer free delivery, except for Saturday deliveries and some areas which require a small charge to deliver to. These post codes inclue but are not limited to DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, FK, KY, PH, DD, PA, AB, IV, KW. Please contact us for exact details.

Failed Deliveries



We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage



Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.



If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible.
