Once you remove the mattress from the packaging the mattress will start to form immediately however it can take a few hours to reach its full shape.

Please bear in mind that your item will be delivered to the first accessible door which, in the case of blocks of flats, may not be the door to your property, but main lobby door. Specific time slots and telephone calls can be requested but cannot be promised.
We offer free delivery, except for Saturday deliveries and some areas which require a small charge to deliver to. These post codes inclue but are not limited to DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, FK, KY, PH, DD, PA, AB, IV, KW. Please contact us for exact details.
We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.
Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.
If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issues.
