Bought this matress month ago. Excellent customer service. Overall quality is goog. But... Both my husband and I suffered from the lower back pain. Since we've started to use our new matress, we starts suffering from the upper and neck pain as well.

Bought this mattress as a bundle with the Miami frame metal King size bed. As I purchased on the internet I just took a chance regarding the comfort and quality . I was waiting for the hubby to have a negative comment on the first night sleeping on the new bed and mattress but even he had a good nights sleep. Excellent value for money.
