We want to make things as simple and convenient as possible for our customers. Take advantage of our "choose your delivery day" feature. On items available for next day delivery simply choose the day which you'd prefer your items to arrive, on the drop down box at checkout or on the product itself.
DELIVERIES ARE TO MAINLAND UK ONLY
We may use our own showroom delivery vehicles for your delivery and, where possible, can assemble your furniture for you for a small fee. Please ask us for details.
Orders received by us before the stated time on each product will be processed for next working day delivery (where the product is available for next working day).
Orders eligible for delivery on the day of your choice will be processed for your chosen delivery day. If ordering multiple items from different companies, multiple couriers could be used.
Please note, for areas classed by each courier as remote, next working day cannot be guaranteed. Please see postcodes in "Delivery Charges" below. Please note that these can vary from courier to courier.
The Products will be left at the first accessible ground-floor door at the address (in the case of blocks of flats this could be a communal entrance, not necessarily the entrance to your property) unless a "room of choice" delivery is offered on the product. The delivery driver will not take items up steps to get to this door, and if there are steps the delivery driver will leave the Products at the bottom of the steps, unless a "room of choice" delivery is offered on the product.
Please be aware that the majority of our nationwide deliveries (by courier, with a tracking number provided) take place between 8am to 8pm and specific time slots cannot always be promised.
We use professional courier services to get your items to you speedily and, for many items, a one man delivery service with your own tracking number will be used. Please bear in mind that your item will be delivered to the first accessible door which, in the case of blocks of flats, may not be the door to your property, but main lobby door.
Please be aware that the majority of our nationwide deliveries (by courier, with a tracking number provided) take place between 8am to 8pm and specific time slots cannot always be promised. Please be aware that it is fully the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the items will go into the property, and carton sizes can be provided to you on request. If, upon or after delivery, the items will not fit in the property, this will the be classed as a "failed delivery" and the customer will then be responsible for any "failed delivery" charges or collection charges incurred by ourselves.
For some items, deliveries will be made by a two man delivery team. In most cases, your item will be brought into the property and in some cases, to the room of choice. Please contact us for exact details. Please also note, that due to health and safety policy, our delivery drivers are not allowed to remove their footwear, so please ensure your floor is adequately protected.

Please be aware that it is fully the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the items will go into the property, (and in the case of "room of choice" deliveries, being delivered up stairs or to room of choice) and carton sizes can be provided to you on request. If, upon or after delivery, the items will not fit in the property, or up any stairs, or into a certain room, then this will be classed as a "failed delivery" and the customer will be responsible for any "failed delivery" charges (including any extra you may have paid to upgrade to this service) or collection charges incurred by ourselves.. 9.12 (b) and 10.10 (d) in our Terms And Conditions.
We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.
Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.
If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issues. Please take your goods out of their packaging and check them over as soon as you can. We allow 14 working days from day of delivery as a reasonable period of time to inform us of damage or defect. If you inform us after this period, we will not be able to offer refunds or replacements.

If your order has already been dispatched it can not be cancelled but will be subject to our returns policy ie it will be subject to our collection charges.
We, including manufacturers and any couriers we use, try at all times to deliver on time and without error, but in a minority of orders problems may arise. Therefore, please DO NOT dispose of your existing item(s) until you have received your delivery from us and checked it for any signs of damage and/or missing parts. Thank you.
