The Latex Superior 2000 3ft single divan bed from Healthbeds.

The Latex Superior gives fantastic support via its wonderful individual pocket springs, with a beautifully comforting and pressure relieving layer of latex sitting on top. The 50mm deep layer of latex will aid pressure relief during the night, while keeping you cool at the same time. The sprung base comes in a fantastic choice of coloured fabrics. Fabulous support and comfort.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess damage or issues.

We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess packaging is adequate for our couriers to collect.

We, including manufacturers and any couriers we use, try at all times to deliver on time and without error, but in a minority of orders problems may arise. Therefore, PLEASE DO NOT dispose of your existing item(s) until you have received your delivery from us and checked it for any signs of damage and/or missing parts. Thank you.

 

Please be aware that it is fully the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the items will go into the property, (and in the case of "room of choice" deliveries, being delivered up stairs or to room of choice) and carton sizes can be provided to you on request.
