Failed Deliveries

Please be aware that as this is a pre-booked in delivery, charges may occur if you fail to take delivery. You may contact the courier no later than 24 hours prior to delivery to pre-arrange leaving your order in a safe place, or with a neighbour

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damages or issues.
