The headend on the New York is well padded, so provides a comfortable headrest to lean against whilst reading a book or watching the television. The steel frame makes sure that the bed is very strong too.

The bed frame then incorporates a sprung slatted base which helps to aid mattress comfort and gives a natural bounce.

Failed Deliveries



We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.



Damage



Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.



If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess damage or issues.
