The Emerald is a medium feel ortho mattress, which is manufactured using a traditional open coil (bonnell) spring system which is finished in a high quality damask fabric cover.
Open coil (bonnell) springs consists of hour glass shaped springs, linked top and bottom by a spiral wire which runs across the width of the finished unit.
