The Empire 1000 pocket 4ft6 double mattress from Sweet Dreams.

The Empire mattress has a supportive 100 pocket spring count spring system in a foam encapsulation for up to 100% sleep area. Pocket springs are more supportive and responsive than a traditional Bonnell spring system, with each spring nestled in its own individual fabric pocket. On top of the spring unit is a pressure relieving layer of memory foam across the sleep surface. The soft knit mattress cover can be unzipped and dry cleaned too.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issue.
