Showing Pocket Springs Latex or Gel Mattress and matching Kayflex
The Pocket sprung Mattress consists of individual springs housed in separate fabric pockets. Unlike the Continuous Coil units, the springs are not linked to each other. They all respond individually to the shape of the sleeper''s body offering excellent support and no roll together. The spring count is very important and can vary from approximately 800 springs per 5ft mattress to over 2000 springs per 5ft mattress. the more springs the better the support and the more durable the mattress will be. As with all mattresses, the fillings and cover are very important and will make a big difference to the durability, comfort and price. Latex is a natural product which we are finding has an increasing appeal. Like memory foam it reacts to heat allowing perfect body anatomy whilst sleeping. However it does not retain heat like memory foam giving so gives you a much cooler sleep. Gel is the great new choice for restful sleep. Gel is the softest solid on the planet today. Developed for medical use, it is now a preferred choice of mattress filling - 15 times cooler than memory foam, it absorbs heat and with its amazing durability it conforms to the sleeper's body shape night after night without losing elasticity.
